Spray Dryer Machine Working Principle
After filtering and heating, the air is blown to the air distributor which is at the top of the dryer. The hot air in the spiral form evenly enters the drying chamber. At the same time, the liquid raw materials pass through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer at the top of the machine, besides, they are rotated and sprayed onto the extreme thin mist liquid beads. So that evenly hot air and swirling is actually in contact with the raw material. Within a few seconds, the material will be dried to a powder and discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower.
